A. You can reach us by phone at (603)335-1972,
by fax at (603)692-5563 and by email
here. If you wish to call us up don't be afraid to leave a message
if we don't answer. Just make sure you leave your name and number so
we can call you back as soon as possible.
2. Q. What's your return policy?
A. All items you wish to return must first
contact us about the item. Decks must still be shrink wrapped and
show no signs of use. Clothes must be unworn and unwashed or they
will not be accepted back.
3. Q. Is Paypal safe to use?
A. Paypal is very safe. Getting an account is
free and only takes a few minutes. If you still don't feel
comfortable about setting up an account you can contact us about a
check or money order.
4. Q. Want to sponsor me?
A. Sponsor Me Videos are always welcomed. Make sure you include an
interview in your tape and also have some pictures of yourself
skateboarding. We have had bad experiences with guys sending us
videos of other skateboarders to get free products. Sorry if this
seems like a lot for just a shop sponsor, but if we don't know you
personally then we can't guarantee that it's really you without some
other resources. 5. Q. How do you ship my
stuff?
A. We ship all packages UPS ground unless other wise requested a
different method for an addition charge. We will contact you on your
order and give you an Estimated Delivery Time. |
